Xavier
Xavier
Andy wrote this one for us based on our need to have a video beginning with every letter of the alphabet. Now we have the whole set.
Also, I really like this script.

oooh! almost a haiku Kneuroak! almost! only four syllables on that last line!
Sheer genius in this video, guys!
Just to add my two cents, you could of had another female act as Ash's "Xavier." The bit with the musical stuck in his head was hilarious, it sorta added some continuity humor from the previous video.

Whoa Graham, you clean up very nicely. And with that posh British accent... Kathleen better watch herself! Hot, nubile young supermodels will be flocking to your door any minute now.
Seriously though, that was hilarious! I guess you guys were making up for the lack of singing in the last video with Graham's outbursts this time? In any rate it was awesome, great job everyone!

Heh, this was a good video. The minutiae in Graham's actions made it all the funnier; I wonder if Andy intentionally scripted them or it was the result of Graham's improvisation (e.g. putting the glass down on table for emphasis & the various other gestures and facial expressions).
Several other questions: Who's room is that? Who's pimpin' cane was Graham using? WHY was Matt dressed up?
P.S. The line about the figment preferring gin over scotch was brilliant...especially for an alky like me.
P.P.S. ...that wasn't your soy sauce+water concoction, was it?

That's exactly what I was expecting.
Well, I can't say this one had my laughing the whole time, or even laugh period. I chuckled at the Showtunes part, that was very well done, and the gin and tonic bit was alright, but it just wasn't that funny. Now, I'm certainly not saying it was boring since it was still entertaining, just definitely not very funny.
Also, your way of shooting is unique and also kind of...strange. I like how you really long continuous cuts, but whenever the camera angle changes, it just seems to forced. I don't notice it in most videos, but it was especially prevalent in this one. Like when Graham goes to sit behind Matt, you could really tell it was a change, instead of it going smoothly. But still, the long continuous cuts works for you guys, and I know you like experimenting with different styles, so it's all good.
Keep 'em comin, guys!

The scotch/gin and tonic line was great. When Graham started singing I laughed pretty hard; the line "Especially well-dressed ones with a posh british accent" was pure gold.
Also, Anachronism asked who's room it is. I think it's Matt's bedroom, which was seen in the Uwe Boll videos and briefly in the Twelve Days of Christmas one.

I'm a very boring person.
