Re: Giving It
Morgan in one of the funniest videos from LRR I've seen in a while?
Oh guys! You didn't have to get me anything for my birthday.

What's this a callback to?
Also, PBJ&H sandwiches are the best. It's the supreme when it's made with Goober Grape.

...the strawberry version sucks, though...
...and by PBJ&H, I refer to peanut butter, jelly, and ham...yes, ham...

Serious Cravings.
Re: Giving It
PB&H isn't a callback. Like I said, the H is got Honey.
But I guess we can say it's "open to interpretation"

I'll second this. Lots of words, but I didn't feel like it... went anywhere? Or it went too many places? And none of them was very satisfying? I guess? I don't know.
I did very much like Morgan dismissing the call with flowers, though, that was executed very well. And Graham feigning giving a shit toward the end was actually really funny.
I caught the Drive reference as I was watching, though. And always lovely to see the Warriors of Darkness again.
I find it rather perplexing that Morgan can do nothing but disappear for three months and when he returns everyone goes hog wild. :/ So consider this me going hog wild for everyone who regularly appears in videos week after week! YEAAAAAAAAAAH!

Re: Giving It
I for one, didn't really "go hog wild" or Mr. Vanhumbeck's return to LRR performances; I found it pleasing, but I didn't even move in my chair.
That said, I really liked Morgan's delivery in this - it had a certain je ne sais quoi about it...maybe the 'kinda off-kilter uni student' vibe maybe?
All in all, reliably good video - while I never actually laughed, I did grin for virtually the entire duration.

Re: Giving It
When I heard The Drive line I knew that I had heard it somewhere before. My first though was that it was an actually radio station that I had semi forgotten rather than thinking it was a reference.
We are all made of star dust. However we are also made of nuclear waste.
Remember to think before you post.
Re: Giving It
I love how you subtley lampshaded Morgan's prior absence in this video.
I fight for TRUTH! JUSTICE! And DONUTS!

Re: Giving It
When I saw Graham in that flat talking about rooms to let, I thought that it was going to be a second video about the rent being Monday - the day Monday.
Turned into something quite different.

I had the same thought.
Re: Giving It
The thing I loved most about this video (aside from Morgan, of course) was the fact that it was a multi-joke video.
Not only did it take one idea (an actual quantity of shit giving) and push it in many different ways, but also the "where have you been?" joke as well as the "deceased" one. The aforementioned "deceased" joke is perhaps my most favourite thing in any recent LRR video.
Very reminiscent of much earlier LRR videos, which were generally much more "dense" in their comedic content (a prime example of this being OMG Bears).

Protip: Put a thin layer of peanut butter on the other slice of bread before adding the honey so you don't crystallize your bread.
