PAX Prime 2012
(I didn't see a thread for Prime 2012 yet - if there already is one, forgive me!! and point me to it so I don't make this silly mistake again)
GUYS I AM PUMPED!! This will be my first visit to Seattle in 6 years, plus my hubby was able to get tickets to Scott and Kris' show at Triple Door on that Thursday night.
It'll also be my first time at WSCC - any advice for navigating around the convention center and/or city itself would be helpful.
Who else plans to be at Prime? Looking forward to seeing all you awesome people!

I think there was a thread, but whatever. It's old anyway! I'll be there, cookie brigading! IX will be with me.
Re: PAX Prime 2012
Stepto just announced his 3 panels on twitter. Two of them sound really cool!

I am not angry at you.
Re: PAX Prime 2012
I will be there, doing the Omeganaut thing (Although not for very long, looking at the round announcements... )
Anyway- if you can get there the day before, go prowl around the convention center a bit to get your bearings... it's really not as big as it seems once you get a feel for it. As for navigating the city- I pretty much stick to what I can find on foot. Trying to sort out the buses is a pain in the butt.

I'll be there and I intend to don the Canadian cape once again! Also, looking forward to coming in on Thursday and leaving on Monday, it'll make it much less hectic than East was.

On a side note, I have acquired a silly hat. Would PAX be a suitable event at which to facilitate its transferal?

Re: PAX Prime 2012
Wife and I are getting super pumped. We just started figuring out our panel schedule and started locking down meeting up with friends and what not.
We are going to have to run from the Acquisitions Inc D&D panel to make it to Tally's but we are planning on being there. You know... like a bad dad trying to make it to his son/daughters play for one last chance at redemption.
Also trying to figure out how to make Scott Kurtz late night panel and the LRR panel... Maybe we will be Kurtzed out by then though and I can win Nicole over to the LRR side. She loves Scotts insights and crass not giving a fucks though so I may still have trouble... hmmmm.
We are going to be at the Thursday KSSK Show too! Front row booth, extremely excited about that.
Ok.. now I am not going to get any work done today because thinking about PAX.

Re: PAX Prime 2012
I'm trying to cobble together a Runner's outfit. So hard to find baby blue bandannas/ties. x.x
Also, doesn't the Scott panel end at 9:30? I think you'll make it with time to make the LRR panel if you see Scott. At East the room was about half full, not sure about the crowd/room size at Prime though.
EDIT: My tie and bandanna aren't the same shade of blue. Do I get points for trying?

I would be SO grateful if you or someone else were able to film it! I said we're willing for it to be filmed/live streamed on the panel application form, but it's likely it won't be as there's so much going on and they can only shoot so much stuff (and I think Acquisitions Inc is happening at the same time, just for starters). My mom would love to see it later, and we're pretty sure Jeremy won't be able to attend the panel so I really want him to see it... so yeah, if it gets filmed, I will be very happy and super grateful to whoever does it!
I'm also starting to freak out and be all nervous, and hope that people actually are interested and show up... freaking butterflies.

Re: PAX Prime 2012
My money's on Friday Nights. Because it's actually owned by someone other than the crew. On Twitter, Graham said:
Since FN is owned by Wizards (I think?) it would make sense that they'd need this. Adding to the likeliness is Wizards Community Manager Micheal Robles' response:
To which Graham replied:
He also confirmed that the warning was a disclaimer that the viewpoints expressed were their own, which would make sense since for Wizards/Hasbro.
On top of all that, I can't think what else it could possibly be. We already know Whatever Thing is coming, he said it's not Season 6. It could be Phailhaus, but that wouldn't require a disclaimer any more than a regular DVD.
@Graham_LRR wrote:Burning the first DVD master we've ever made that has a legal disclaimer! What could it beeeee? (Your guessing options are limited)
