Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
I guess Death's lack of ever-presence does kind of make sense if every single person has that damn curse has to be personally attacked by him. As there appears to be hundreds if not thousands of them, he probably has to pencil you in months in advance. Hell, he was probably pissed when our heros hold him of as the next time he can come back is May at the absolute earliest and honestly that's only if things go perfect.
He habitually wears an expression as if he had determined to drive his head through a brick wall, and was about to do it (Description of U.S. Grant)

Not to push or anything, but is there any reason the next episode is being held up?

Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
I realise that I'm probably really late to the party here, but I've only gotten to episode 2, and I wanted to bring something up. [And sorry if anyone else has mentioned this.] But did anyone else notice that at the end of episode 2, Brad shouts out to Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog? That was one of the most amazing things I've ever heard Brad get interrupted saying.

Any more GPLP coming soon?

Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
GPLP is my favorite thing on the site I hope you haven't quit doing it. I know your incredibly busy putting out everything else, so I'm not complaining I'm just wondering if your gonna make more.
Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
Guys, we are so sorry for falling so grossly behind on these.
We've got a few more episode with Brad to come, and then we'll see what we're going to do next.

It's cool. Stuff happens, things come up. Completely understandable if a bonus video isn't really the highest priority right now.

Well, we'd like to make it into less of a bonus, and more of an additional series

I'd venture to guess that for that to be feasible, they'd need to be less than 20 minutes long each.
Maybe you could try changing the format to be more like a silly speed-run? Because while I'm usually the biggest stickler for 100% completion, wandering around looking for those impossible to find holy crosses isn't the most exciting and makes the videos much longer.
Then again, I know you're not intentionally trying to drag it out, and honestly I love watching you dick around in-game. I'd just understand if that's what's making it longer.

Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
I also kind of like the informality of the videos. The only other LP series I watch, while still entertaining, has turned from a "let's play a game and talk about whatever we want" into more of an analysis show. I really like that GPLP really feels like just watching Graham and Paul (and sometimes Brad) play a game the way they normally would. Hunting all the collectibles might not be thrilling gameplay, but the commentary makes it often more interesting to watch than a fight.

Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
Yeah, i'm pretty happy with the current format. Would be nice if they were a little more regular, but then all your current series are probably more important that this!
About the episode - I loved Paul's 'just go' when G* was kicking the bits of door. G* sounded so disappointed

Re: GPLP: Cursed Crusade
Huh. I thought there were more, but it looks like this is actually the last episode we recorded during "The Brad Sessions".
Dang.
Well, look for SOMETHING! Coming EVENTUALLY!

O well, the game looked horrible anyway but you guys made it interesting enough for me to watch all the episodes so good job! Any ideas as to what the next game is, or are you taking suggestions?

Perhaps it's the other way around - That thesis was written in 2002, and cursed crusade came out in 2011.

Whelp - I'll be back in December sometime, so maybe we can get together and do some more. Or a different game. That works too.

Awesome. Well, Paul and I will likely do something else in the interim and then we can finish up Crusade when you're back!
Maybe something else too!

And that's bad? She was the one with the awesome power! He always just turned into a bucket of water or a patch of ice or a cloud of mist or something. She turned into a TIGER.
I want to be a PhD student of LoadingReadyRun... if only I could be in Victoria.

It had the merit of 90s cartoons. Everything was summed up in the theme song. He's our hero: going to being polution down to zero.
