FWIW, Anders has said his initial tweet was not about the Coulton situation, and JoCo has apologised. I'm prepared to offer Anders the benefit of the doubt here.

"There used to be only a few crocodiles in the Limpopo River," Zane Langman, the son-in-law of Johan Boshoff, the owner of Rakwena Crocodile Farm, told the local Beeld newspaper. "Now there are a lot."

- the mind of GlaDOS ;) (writer of Portal's end-credits song "Still Alive"),

- also "Code Monkey" (which later got uses as theme music for a TV show),

- and an artist who 'covered' Sir Mix-A-Lot's "Baby Got Back" yet morphed it into the style of a melodic, 70's Soft Rock tune (with only the lyrics pretty much the same as the original).

- big man in the world of 'geek/indie music' - one of the first to be putting his music out EXCLUSIVELY online,

- he holds an annual cruise/concert (JoCo Cruise Crazy), etc.

I was gonna say he's collaborated with Paul & Storm a fair bit, except you are likely gonna express ignorance there too. ;)

Hope this helps!

Oh all right, I really have have no idea about most names of musicians and that kind of stuff. I mean, I know of the stuff you've said he's done, just no idea of the name.

It's the same with actors, I've probably seen the film but I have no idea who the actors are. The exception being Morgan Freeman, since he's Morgan Freeman.

Well, that's cool - I'm not good with names either. The important thing is, we've increased your pool of knowledge by a tiny fraction...

I will try and remeber it! : )

And since this is a news story thread, I'll put in [this] gem from Mr Berlusconi. Seriously, how on earth this guy even got ELECTED is amazing, let alone to be PM of Italy.

And this is the guy who once said something along the lines of:

"Everyone has a homosexual side, luckily for me that side is a lesbian."

The very same man who tried to pass off getting the charges dropped against an underage prostitute by claiming he thought she was related to Hosni Mubarak and was trying to avoid an international incident.

Man, this is just filled with too many good lines

There are no fewer than three prepper dating sites—Survivalist Singles ("Don't Face the Future Alone") boasts 4,000 members, mostly male.

"I just want you to know," she says, pointing out the Doom and Bloom logo, "that that tree is the tree of life." (Technically, it's a tree of life overlaid on a mushroom cloud.)

"I've seen two or three black people and that's about it. They never show up to these places. They don't get it. Culturally. It's not brainpower, it's not color, it's cultural. They've never lived this lifestyle. More important is the car with thin tires and the beautiful finish and nice clothes and rings. I'm sorry, that's just the way it is!"

People you have to check this out. This is what the pamphlet writers of 1901 thought the 2001 inaugural would look like. Aerotrains, an American Empire that appears to cover most the Western Hemisphere, war machines and weather control. Neo-Victorian brilliance. I want series of novels set in this world
