Don't you know that the funnier a joke is, the less people will get it.tak197 wrote:tak197 wrote:Also, Graham just gave new meaning to the term "bisexual"

just let that set in for a little bit.
Come on people, this is comedic gold! Or i'm the only one who gets it.
Also, I noticed Graham didn't dial a number on his phone to phone his parents. Does he have some sort of direct line to his parents, or are they just slack on continuity?
Yeah...they have this quickdial function on those newfangled cellular phones.
You press a couple buttons on top, and the phone dials itself!
Anyways...kickass video, but I miss the old style. That's three weeks in a row that I've been denied my news fix.
Is this due to a lack of Intro videos?
Because I'll get cracking on one.

If that were the case, you'd be a Linux user.
Actually, I'm familiar with the whole "He doesn't know how to fully utilize your dual-core processors, but I do" mindset. One guy at a local gaming shop has a lot more money than sense(that is, he's got boatloads of money, and very little sense), and he bought a $3000 PC. Yes, this is on a PC pricing scale, so you know it was bleeding-edge. Dual SLI video cards, full terabyte of hard drive space, two full gigabytes of RAM...(actually, to be fair, I haven't looked at the typical price for a top-of-the-line Mac recently, so they may be in competition again.)
He's not overcompensating with his flatscreen monitor like his boss is, though.
He uses it to play World of Warcraft.
Meanwhile, I'm sitting here on a machine that's 3 years old, and can't run some of the newer games anymore, and I've often got to go read a book while I render a still image on it, let alone an animation.

Oh yes, I'm aware. I'm also aware of what kind of optimizations you can use to speed up the process. For example, my avatar was rendered using a raydepth of only 1, and an AA level of 2x2, I believe.
Of course, it's also been downsampled from the original resolution, and only runs 15 FPS. The DivX version runs at 60 FPS, and is about twice as big in each direction.
I think the most frustrating right now is Terragen 2, which still hasn't got any optimizations to it, and actually renders micropolygons. Good for realism, bad for render times. I think the one scene I did in that took an our, alone.(spectacular scene, though. Terragen 2 is the win.)
Deemed too hazardous for human contact.

The part with ghram in bed with the Mac was just as disturbing as the guy who had sex with cars, but much funnier... Cause its graham!

Not necessarily. I'm pretty sure the cake is a reference, though.
3 PS3's?

Most likely. I laughed at that as well...even though it was pie, or so Graham said.
