Loved it. A rush of childhood nostalgia mixed in with subversive humor. This was a great way to end 'Crime Month'. XD

Okay, what effect did you use [slash] how did you make that chorus of kids voices? That is the creepiest thing I have ever heard.

Well, that got really dark really quickly. Excellent video though!
And Paul wasn't the dead body for once! I honestly can't think of the last time that happened.

I feel like a horrible person for laughing so hard at this skit. You win at dark comedy, LRR.

Well, to be fair, Paul did die in this video, so he was a dead body by the end. XD
(also, 100th post, woo)

Re: The Thin Blue Clue
That was a really good one, and I have a feeling I would've found it even more so had I watched more shows like that when I was younger.
Re: The Thin Blue Clue
I really loved the tone shift as the sketch jumped back and forth from "kids show" to "crime drama". I think the shift between the sort of pastel background and bright lights to the more realistic outside shot really added a lot to the piece.
Also, you weren't kiddin' that was dark as hell.

Re: The Thin Blue Clue
Yeah, the tone shifts really were the best part, other than the grimness of it all of course. I'm hoping for a sequel, starring Coroner.

Holy balls that was dark. Like, wow. I mean I laughed, I laughed a lot. But damn. Fuck. Was not expecting that.
Well, not at the start anyway.

Re: The Thin Blue Clue
That was awesome. Took me a second to get the title, though. I can't wait to see the Loading Time for this one.
Does Paul's character have a name? Because if not, I'm going to have to call him "Detective Steve."

That was an amazing sketch.
Funny and it felt 'high-concept'. It worked really well.
I also like the elements of Magicland. Shame no Gibb though.

Re: The Thin Blue Clue
Very awesome video, also easily the darkest humor I've seen from you guys. Loved it!

They should totally throw in some songs too!
I'm sure there would be legal problems putting anything directly to the Blue's Clues mail song, but I wrote one anyway.
Autopsyyyyy
Autopsyyyyy
Autopsyyyyy
Autopsyyyyy
Autopsyyyyy
Autopsy let's look and see,
Her face is hanging off partly,
I think I'm getting queasy,
huuuuuaaaaggggghhhhhh
So... yeah. All yours.

More like a stubble return!
Consider this signature a museum piece, since I love it and am unlikely to change it ever.

Man, this year's Desert Bus For Hope is going to be weird. How're you guys going to keep your minds on driving when you know you're sitting in the very same chair in which Paul... was MURDERED?!?!?? *insert music sting and thunderclap here*

Re: The Thin Blue Clue
Oh man you guys.
Assuming that each new season (such as it is for DVD purposes) of LoadingReadyRun starts in January now, I think that Season 10 is shaping up to be the strongest season since Season Six (also known as the extra-long season that, amongst many many other gems, had "Worst Day Ever" "The Dinner Party" and "Has This Ever Happened to You?" consecutively.)
And it really says a lot that I find The Thin Blue Clue very nearly the best of Season 10 so far (behind Junk in the Trunk).
