What the hanging panda said, ask her out.
Re: The Big Relationship Thread
Of course she's not single... that would make me happy.
Well, good for the dumb schmuck. Who apparently is a very nice guy. Back to the alcohol for me...

Well you'd never have known without trying, so I'd call it a victory.

Yeah, you'd feel worse about never even trying to ask her out. Those things stay with you.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
And even putting that aside, if she were single you'd still have not been happy if you hadn't gone and asked her.
It's less a matter of actually becoming happy and more of being confident enough to seek out happiness. One for the journey, one for the destination.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
There'd be no bravery in pursuing it if there weren't the chance it'd hurt.

We do, but it's all the way down that big dark pit behind the venting thread.

According to both British and American lists, that makes this year's commemorative element leather*. I will leave the rest of you to come up with suggestions.

That's generally an any-versary substance in my experience.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
OK. So I was chatting to somebody on OK Cupid, she messaged me earlier in the week to let me know she was deleting her current account so she could change her username, but made the change before I could respond.
She hasn't contacted me since, but her new account popped back up in the suggestions. Do I contact her on her new account?

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
Let me get this straight, she told you she was changing her username... but did she specifically tell you her new username, or did you just figure out her new account? Because it's hard to tell whether she was taking you with her on her new account or simply being polite about not answering again.
Either way I'd wait for a couple of days and contact her anyway. If she replies then she wants to go on and if she doesn't that's OK, you got your answer.

Re: The Big Relationship Thread
She did not tell me the new username. I figured it out because OKCupid lets you know about new accounts that match your requirements and the pictures and the description were the same.
And yeah, that's pretty much my conundrum Bebop.
