I'm having issues with the chat as well - not just you. It just says disconnected and I can't get logged in despite having just made a donor account :( Not sure what's happening or how to bring it to the Engineering Team's attention :(

I got in, looks like the chat has 1000 people in it :P might be a reason

The chat is pretty much just not working for me. Disconnects every couple of minutes.

The stream isn't working very well either. Worked fine on high setting for the first couple of hours, but now stutters so horribly I have to watch it on low... which still stutters, but it mostly watchable.

From what I can tell that's just what twitch does now

The chat is going in and out for everyone, a little while back they explained that it's just too many people trying to enter it at once, and it's overloading the server.

The stream is probably on your end though, I've been watching since it started and had no lag issues. Maybe try a different browser?

If you're using Windows, try using mIRC for the chat instead of the in-browser client. Connect to irc.desertbus.org:6667

That's what I use. It's pretty solid.

Is anyone else having problems with the site in general on IE though? I can barely use it. And logging in just makes it worse.

I've been trying to convince people to tweet dapper pictures of themselves for #DapperShift, but I think it's not going to happen. Oh, well.

They wipe them periodically to stop the list getting too big.

*Edit*

I've been out for a lot of today, did I miss any DerpLine?

Blar, I've been trying to get them to give a shoutout to Sasha, but I know that they get a lot of challenges.

So I'll admit. I haven't been watching that much DB, because it's so unwatchable.

However, it's not the 'really bad' kind of unwatchable, but rather my internet seems to hate the children. Even on the lowest quality, it plays for a second, then loads for three seconds, then plays for one second again.

So unless my internet decides to improve then I maybe stuck to watching highlights. : (

The video stream wouldn't play for me until I cleared my browser cache.

Those of you having stream issues, that sucks, and I mean that genuinely. My internet refused to play nice last year, so I missed basically all of DB6.

That said, this year a new internet setup has fixed all those problems, and I have been watching DB7 basically nonstop. I have gotten next to nothing done this weekend because of it. So, y'know, you win some, you lose some.

This is what I've been getting. Low works okay sometimes. It seems I can watch in high quality between around 1 am and 10am local time. Maybe my ISP throttles Twitch specifically... I've tried other twitch feeds with similar results.
Everything else on the internet works perfectly fine.

Similar problems... very hard to watch right now. I like to let DB run through the night so I can wake up to it... but when it's like this I can't really.

Tried clearing my cache, didn't help.

I am a bit sads.
