No official word on it so far, but I expect it'll appear sometime today. If it turns out you didn't get the right name, I'm sure the crew can sort it out. :)

Hey everyone,

The kickstarter backer forum will probably be going up later this weekend and will be the place to go to get early access to the videos. In the mean time, we will be sending out the early link to this week's video to kickstarter backers via email.

Thanks Paul! Just curious though, won't that mean backers at the $5 tier (access to the forum) end up with the reward of the $10 (early videos)? Not that I expect anyone would have a big problem with that.

I did NOT get the e-mail. Admittedly I just filled out the survey because I hadn't checked my kickstarter folder in a while...

It should have gone to the email associated with your KS. However, here's a direct link, that only KS backer should be able to see:

Anyone else wonder why American money was used instead of Canadian money? (I mean Kickstarter is American, but you guys would take out Canadian money..)
Totally accurate, except for all the times I'm not.

Back in the old days (before I was here) Fridays were the release day for videos.

It was in Season Five that the switch to Monday occurred so it wasn't the really old days. The switch to Mondays was announced in Super Secret Surprise; the first Monday video was Max Effect.

Some uni troubles messed with my bank details and led to Kickstarter dropping my pledge, can I donate through some other means?

Yeah, but that boa looked like it would take some serious stitching to put together for only a few seconds of film. Much simpler to buy a readymade USD one.

EDIT: Eep! Sorry, ignore that until monday. Spoiler tagged, because I still think it's a good point.

So by the date of posting, I'm assuming that was referring to this past weekend. I don't see the new forum yet. Was the forum launch delayed?

There was a tweet from Kathleen last night saying she was going through all the names, so I would assume it's not far off.

Edit: it's up now for me, though depending on how the backend works, it's possible they won't be able to make it available to everyone at once.

So, now that we have the backer forum, can we get a Crapshots forum? It's not a huge deal to me honestly. But it feels like we should have one if we're going to be getting ~104 new crapshots this year.
