This might actually be my new favorite episode. It's just so perfectly clean. Everything works so well together and everyone feels comfortable with their lines and the chemistry is much better than the first couple.
Bravo.

There is usually a vendor booth at your local GP that will have one available for less than that amount of money.

It's worse at a LGS, when they don't have the people for a draft, but do for standard!
Bahh, I draft because I don't want to play standard! Modern is clearly better.

That Garruk poster is such pure utility Value. A brilliant windmill slam for LRR

Dude I live in the ass end of nowhere. It would have cost me more than that in gas just to get to the closest GP this year.

So James can’t play Commander anymore because he beat Matt. Now he can’t play team because he scored first blood on LSV. This keeps up and in few more years he won’t be able to play magic at all.
Of course he will at that point be 'Champion' of all known formats.

Can we get a flow chart for Paul's three person draft rules?
Re: Friday Nights - Seven in the Queue
Is the "States" location where Kathleen is the same as the "States" location where Bill was recruited to fight ninjas? (http://loadingreadyrun.com/videos/view/ ... f-the-Bill) Is that just the go-to spot to shoot things that happen in the States? Is it actually in the States? Do I spend too much time watching/thinking about LRR videos?

I totally missed the connection to James retiring champion of commander. Even better episode than I thought!

It's okay. With all the spare time he'll have from not playing Magic, he can finally become a real judge and spend his days adjudicating Prancy-Pants matches.

That, or all his extra time will be spent playing Minecraft.
