A. a hoax/fan fiction writing
B. the writer covering up for the release of the stolen data

but really, knowing the end isn't as fun as building up to the end. anyway i hope people don't spoil it for others...

my intention with the first thread was to just talk about harry potter and be nerds... i'm sorry people ruined it...

anyway, once the new book comes out, should there be a different forum where we can talk about the book.... obviously it would be a different forum (with a name like "new harry potter book") so that people who haven't finished the book yet and still want to go on the internets won't be spoilered (i think i just made up a word...)....

Well, I happen to be going to Hairspray on the same day. So I guess I'll go to that and then immediately after I'll go down to Chapters and wait until midnight.

I think we'll have to make a new thread to discuss Book 7 when it comes out.

I hope that moron realizes that lots of people are going to buy the book anyway just to see whether that was a false ending or not. >_> His plan isn't exactly the most effective of all. And I read Book 5 knowing what was going to happen to Sirius and it actually didn't ruin any of the book for me.

But i agree on the ban-hammer thing. Regardless of the rest of the book, the last chapter has been written back when she started it, and kept in a safe deposit box. Allow her to take pride in her work and let everyone be surprised.

Madame Moderator, Mr. Speaker, I motion that we put a date on when you can start talking about the book, sometime in August but no further than September 1st.

I actually didn't know Aeris was killed by Sephiroth until I got there...And I was SO PISSED! My neighbor, who's house I was playing it at, was telling me from the beginning "Dude, always use Aeris, she's the best healer in the game and she ends up super great."

I feel your pain. While I, personally, don't really care about the spoilers (fake or otherwise), I'm doing the best I can to censor the Internet for my girlfriend who is anxiously awaiting her new book.

Luckily i'm going on holiday for 2 and a bit weeks starting tomorrow and therefor will be able to buy the book on saturday and slowly read it at my leisure on the beach or on the balcony in absolute security from the evils of the interwebs.
