Help with a Psychology Experiment

Postby Phi » 01 Nov 2015, 00:44

Hello everyone,

I am working on my Bachelor thesis, for which the topic is related to emotional state. I need to choose from among few songs, which was to use for the participants of my experiment. The songs are:

Song 1 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYupgrY3Bx4
Song 2 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUJZdikrDEc
Song 3 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lyaIm3Sbbg
Song 4 - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6WV9_7N39XQ

My request for you is to listen carefully to at least the first 5 minutes of each song, and rate how positive or negative it makes you feel. The scale is:

1 = Very negative
2 = Negative
3 = Slightly negative
4 = Neither positive nor negative
5 = Slightly positive
6 = Positive
7 = Very positive

It would help me a lot if you could rate those 4 songs, so that I will choose the most fitting ones for my experiment. Thank you :)
