We are looking into ways to have people win twice. Matt seems to think that giving away his video games as prizes is a bad idea though, so it's an ongoing process.

Is the crew thinking of virtual prizes or physical prizes?

I am going to carve something LRRish in my pumpkin, but I probably won't be able to submit the picture before the podcast goes up, due to lack of digital camera at the moment.

QFT, I don't think I can find the time to put in that much effort by Monday.

If someone who already has a rank submits a sufficiently awesome entry, we'll figure something out.

Postby Mr.Michael » 26 Oct 2007, 18:06

Well, what if a friend carves the pumpkin for us, cause I can't carve for shit, but they don't wanna submit? :P Can I just take the credit, haha.

I also have a pretty good idea, but lack the camera, time, and proper location in which to do it. Darn Humanities paper, will you always win? I might let someone else know what it is if you choose to do it and offer me half of your forum rank...

emma, if you take a spoon, you can (very carefully) scrape away the back of the pumpkin shell so that the rind doesn't block the narrow apetures you made.

You don't want to make it too thin, or you'll probably break through, but you can make it more appealing.

Future contests involving intensive and/or complex stuff need to be announced two weeks ahead of time, I think.

emma's pumpkin is very cool. Now, if she would just carry it about town while moaning for brains...

For those asking for more notice, Matt DID SAY in the "Season Four Finale" podcast that you should set aside a certain amount of money to be prepared for this challenge. That should have been a clue that "Hmm, maybe I should make sure that I have some time to do this challenge, whatever that entails."

The main reason I'm not participating is because I live in a dorm room and rotten pumpkin is the last thing I need in here.

Perhaps in a dark room with a light inside, Emma's would look even better. If need be, try using a flashlight.
