Well, not really. This is more of a "taking the sheen off a holy object": it's like, say, using a cross to scratch yourself, or using the menorah^H^H^H^H^H^Holiday candelabra as a torch. Bible-bashing is more like "The Bible inspired the Inquisition! And the Crusades! Forests died to make this book! People died because of this book! Yes guys, in addition to shrimp and fig trees, God hates forests (and people)."

This is, without a doubt, my new favourite LRR, snatching the crown from "It's A Wonderful Game."

Absolutely brilliant script, and the rehearsing really paid off - if this doesn't win a film festival award, that would be extremely sad.

Morgan was absolutely hilarious as Nirvana Joe, who I respectfully request to be a recurring character.

Andy almost seemed to be be channeling Nathan Lane or Zero Mostel - in the same vein I will fly to wherever if he gets a shot at playing Max Biyalistock in a production of The Producers. That would make my year, if not my entire life.

Absolutely incredible, top-notch work, guys. I can't believe you're not being paid for this.

It seems this video is so popular that it's causing site access to dwindle.

I recommend that we start emailing this video to everyone we know.

I thought his name was 'Harold'.

Or maybe 'Herald'. It's not clear.

I'll bet he spends a lot of time telling chicks they're mysteriously pregnant, though.

Pious Flea is correct. But Pious Flea put something into a new light for me.

"Oh Father who art in heaven, Herald (hallowed) be thy name."

NICE!

ok dont get me wrong when i say what im going to say guys, i absolutely loved this video!

The 2 things that stood out for me was:

1. the joke took awhile to understand, but after the 2nd time i watched it, it made me rofl so much..

2. The shaky camera work, have you guys got a steadicam? i made one for my camera and its the best thing i have done! There is heaps of plans on the net for them if you dont have them already...

Other then that, the acting was great, and the one take was awesomely awesome! keep it up!

The crew have said a few times that they are far too lazy to build a steady cam.

Also, understand that the "shaky" camerawork was intentional.

Saw it on Friday, and I got the joke almost right off the bat. I dunno why, but I think me being a big fan of Mr. Deity might have tipped me off to it early. But I must say that it was fucking brilliant. Bravo, Andy! Amazing script.

Not that more accolades are needed, but I'll throw in mine -

Andy, best performance yet, I think. And writing, and, well, hell, good show all around. Good tension, interplay, etc. etc.

Funniest line though was spoken by Morgan "I'm not going to let that harsh my mellow.."

Wow. That was really good. Really intelligent. Really... just... really!
It's not like it's set in stone...

^ Fantastic last line.

The thing is... this video kind of points out how much better you guys actually can act than you have been doing in previous videos. You've raised the bar a fair old bit now so i hope you've been practicing your frosby flops!

So, yeah. Jumping on the bandwagon here and agreeing that Morgan as "Nirvana Joe" or "Harold" should be appearing more often. Even if it's just a cameo (see: The Forces of Darkness), it'd rock.

Also, Morgan's dad made them a skateboard dolly, and has said he will willingly make them a camera jib (that thing that can make overhead shots from the ground), so I'm sure a steadycam would be no problem.

But yeah the shakiness was intentional.

Wow, I'm so late in this game.

Anyways, praise from me too. Also didn't get it right away, but I'm gonna go back for a second look. The last line was classic.

And Graham, when I ran into you guys last week didn't you say this was for a contest or something?
