Wish the podcast wasn't put up when I've already overdue for sleep, but them's the breaks.

Are you aware Graham stated this was the January 2007 podcast?

I just started listening to this. I'll edit this post if I hear them point this out or if there's a challenge.

To be honest, I'm shocked that you guys don't rehearse more. I always thought - well, assumed - that you did.

Since people seem to be responding very strongly in a positive way to your performances, I think you should rehearse more often. If you were that good without practice, perhaps you'll be even better with it.

My winamp plays on shuffle when I sleep, and sometimes it comes up to Tool's 'Cesaro Summability' which starts up with a waterdrop, and then a child crying.
Creeps me out, and happens more often than I should.

Matt you're a nerd.

A hidden track of just babies crying and laughing with a nice echo? I have Graham singing The Elements Song, Still Alive sung by all, and Canada's National Anthem sung by Bill and a few others from Desert Bus on my Ipod.

Did anyone else not realize that the podcast was updated because it has the same description as the last one? Damn you, James... be more creative! :P

At 43 minutes, Morgan says "eh" unintentionally, in true Canadian style.

Updates later.

All the links for those songs in the desertbus threads (see for example: http://elmway.leftyfilms.com/staff/LRR% ... 0Alive.mp3) have 404'd. God damnit.
I only download Ballad of the Fanboy and I really want the rest.

Matt doesn't play games, remember. He collects them. Games that are 'good' or 'fun' have no draw for him.

Since you guys were talking about movies with very long takes in them. There is a Russian movie that takes place in a Museum that is about 90 minutes long and is one long take. The camera slows moves to various locations in the museum.

Not totally sure how they did it possibly it was done using digital cameras.

A small number of the songs are online on Kroze's server, my mistake.

Look for MP3s, particularly "Song of the Fanboy"

Thanks in advance if you do reupload that Still Alive.

Thanks! I remember when that was sung but it will be about a week until I can access and upload the songs.

I think that film's called "Russian Ark". It's a tour through the Hermitage Museum and you see figures from the past 200 years. An old roommate knows someone who worked on this movie. If you look carefully you can see outlets and other mistakes because of the one take format. It only took one day to shoot this movie because they had to shut down the Museum to do it.
