The LoadingReadyRap

Postby Graham » 22 Oct 2004, 18:20

Here is, in my opinion, a fantastic video.

Jer wrote the piece, and put the music together, and he, Morgan and I performed it.
We even bought those track suits especially. They were on sale... can't think why they weren't selling...
I bought a fish-eye lens for my camera, and figured out the "fast motion sound sync" trick, then we shot this up at UVic and in my room. Good times.

The bitter irony, my Commodore, poor thing, really didn't start up. Curses.

For all you fans out there, here's a 64Kwallpaper for your viewing pleasure.

What did everyone think of the video, by the way?

I would like to say that made my day. And, that was way too cool for this site. Today you've raised the bar.

There Goes The Guys With The Funky Sound, I'm talking about you guys.

Now, you guys could've Went over to the girl, "Yo baby, what's up?" And, then she would've been like you guys are part of 64K I want to be your hoe.

Just think about that.

You know I'm right.

The giant clocks were the icing on the cake. This song...has incredible rhythm, I must say.

HAHAHAHAHA! That was so Wigger-tastic!!!!!! I dont think I've ever seen so many bad outfits in one video before!!!! (traumatized by the shiny material and the fur hat in that one scene....) The clocks were definitely fabulous - I think you guys should wear those out in public.

The posing, though - The posing was definitely my favorite part - It looks like you were stealing moves directly from those guys who stand outside 7-11 on Johnson.

p.s. To my little angst monkey - baby Wok jesus!Aabout time you got an account on LRR. (Im going to sneak in your window at night and plant polyester wigger suits in your closet - bwhahahaha. I know you dream of spandex).

Heh, yes, Graham, I have seen the video. And it was awesome. It was kind of like the Beastie Boys meets those rap groups from the 90's that I can't remember anymore, being that I have blocked them from my memory almost entirely. I especially liked the frisbee bit with the clock at the end.

I had heard rumours about those track suits, but they did not prepare me for the hideousness that they represented in real life.
"I swear it," said the other mother. "I swear it on my own mother's grave."

"Does she have a grave?" asked Coraline.

"Oh yes," said the other mother. "I put her in there myself. And when I found her trying to crawl out, I put her back."

I know everyone's totally down with the sexy tracksuit look, but I've got to be the sole voice of dissent here - I thought the black and red suits in the Door to Door video were the sexiest look for the gang.
Although the tracksuits are pimpin'...

There's just something about a guy in a suit.

I just went to the Van Halen concert (insert redneck joke here) and Sammy Hagar was wearing an outfit very similar, but in yellow....maybe you shop at the same store!

we've asked him why he's such a wack emcee but he's too afraid to step to our mad skillz. i am so mad that i use 'z' instead of 's'. that is the ultimate sign of mad skillz.
