This year...I got a DVD, which actually made me pretty happy since it was one I was after, and for my gift to someone else....I recycled my gift from...

Re: i think i need a hug.....or maybe i just need more pokeballs
Video games are a form of escapism for many, myself included. There are plenty of ways to do it, reading books (Sci-Fi, Fantasy etc etc), films or just straight video games. It's threads like these that remind me of why I game, of course not entirely because of the escapism, but it's a big part of it...

Re: Desktop/Computer Thread
http://i47.tinypic.com/25tc474.png My desktop is usually a little more custom but I rebuilt this PC before I came to Uni and I'm upgrading to Win7 when I head home for christmas in a week so I just stuck with the basic stuff mostly. Again due to Uni, I have a smaller screen than usual, due to tiny ...

I got the original KOTOR (had it on Xbox but of course that bricked it years ago) for £1.74 which presumably would have been $2.50. Bargain.
EDIT: Oh and Dragon Age for £22.49. Love it.

I'm not a muse fanatic, I like to listen but that's about the extent of it. They seem to be up there with Coldplay on the 'You either hate or love marmite scale'. Still a grey area there mind.

Re: Bradlestar Galactica - Episode 7 is up
The water zombie thing was a bit of cop out, but it was still a decent episode. Not the best as it felt like it didn't really go anywhere until the last 15 minutes.

Muse are awesome. Anyone in the UK who's a Muse fan, I recommend you watch last friday's Jonathan Ross as they performed a few live tracks which was pretty awesome. Also Jeremy Clarkson and Laurence Fishbourne top notch guests? I think so.

Love the works there Alja. Always found making Gifs fun, kinda like editing together a short film, on a smaller scale of course. But it's always good to play with the timings I find.

Aww man I got this yesterday as it was on sale on Steam and it's like Mass Effect but with swords and magic! Much in the same way Fallout 3 was like oblivion but with guns and radiation.
