If they are savvy with the current gaming culture they should make it exactly like the old game but the bug splat, car freshener and day/night cycle are separate pre-order exclusives depending on platform. And the bus stops are dlc.

They're planning to make it part of a VR compilation similar to Smoke and Mirrors, and they're working on it with Gearbox...

So I wouldn't be surprised if DB itself were the preorder bonus.
