You may have heard of this popular internet thing, it's called "The Harlem Shake."

Re: Harlem Shake
Having only heard about this about 2 days ago and not watching any of the videos the Harlem shake is an alien concept to me but given what I've heard about it I don't feel like subjugating myself to it. So thank you for not subjugating me to it
And, as always, <3 callbacks

Re: Harlem Shake
Quite the bait-and-switch you have there. I'm honestly surprised how quickly it took people to decide to subvert the latest big meme. I saw maybe two videos playing it straight before seeing a parody video.
Re: Harlem Shake
I am slightly ashamed of how hard I laughed at the stinger.

After going through the back catalogue of videos, I cannot look at Geoff without thinking 'Skeletor's Dick'

That was brilliant! Loved seeing Geoff return to CH. Hope he will be in more episodes. I like that this time he didn't seam to be out for LRRs destruction more to see them suffer lol. Great job everyone

Re: Harlem Shake
Loved Geoff, the ball-kicking robot reference, and Beej becoming Meme Personified. References to Dengler's XE? Awesome! And then to top it off, the "All Your Farts" stinger... Epic!
Though, I'd never even heard of the Harlem Shake before this video.
Also, I've noticed in recent videos, there's a 1-frame totally green screen that occasionally flickers by. I've seen it in LRR, CP, and FD so far. Editing program bug?
Edit: Third viewing, I just noticed James mouthing "Do the Harlem Shake" along with the music.

Id never heard of it either and had to go look it up. I'm glad LRR didn't do just another Harlem Shake video but if they had I'm sure it would have been great. I like that LRR doesn't try to copy memes they just try to kill them like with "shit people say" and now this.

I noticed two small green cuts. One at 0:01 and one at 0:57.
Other than those, good video. I loved all the in-jokes. And Beej's "Deal With It" made me very happy and was likely my favorite part.

I did not have high expectations for this video because I have no idea what a Harlem shake is.
I am sorry I doubted you. That was excellent.

This is a Harlem Shake.
This is a parody of the Harlem Shake.
You are now caught up with the entire history of this meme.

Re: Harlem Shake
Yeah, um, to be perfectly honest I didn't like the idea that you were running another meme into the ground (though I did like The Most Annoying Things The Worst Examples of [Demographic] Say).
Which is why I kind of like that nothing happened in this episode. It gave the various characters time to just be their Hustle characters. I'm loving crazy scientist Paul. The world definitely needs more crazy scientist Paul. And Geoff's cameo + Beej's deal with it were two of the best moments CommodoreHustle has had in a very long time. (I'd say since Matt doing dubstep while wearing different kinds of hat)
Overall: Low expectations, great result.

The first thing I noticed on the blog post was Paul in a lab coat, which immediately made me think "Commodore Hustle."
Beej absolutely nailed it; I'm still chuckling over "Ermagerd, my herd..."

Re: Harlem Shake
Oh, Beej.
And Kathleen nailed the synopses of their cH alter egos: Graham both brilliant and clueless, Paul an amoral inventive genius, James sensible but snarky, and herself mercenary and rapacious for mo' money.
And Geoff! *squee* His cameo almost smacks of Jim Moriarty.
Nonetheless, I suppose we could watch either of the 'lemonade stand' Atelier games...wouldn't be terribly exciting and there wouldn't be THAT much stuff for G&P to make fun of, though... I think they played out the comedic potential of the whole series with their Unskippables.
Hmmm...this is gonna suck out of monotony and boredom, rather than just appallingly bad gameplay/design/story/everything.
*frowns and then brandishes fist at cH Geoff*

I loved Meme-Beej. The final "deal with it" at the end was just.. just sublime. Awesome.

Space Team having a brief scene is the best part, hands down.
Corrupted Beej comes pretty close though.

Can we see more Meme Beej in future Hustle episodes?
Loved this one! References and old characters for those who knew them without making it one huge in-joke. Nicely done!
