GPLP: Dante's Inferno
GPLP: Dante's Inferno
We thought of it in a podcast, recorded it in August (before Brad left for England) and it's finally seeing the light of day: Dante's Inferno!
We'll be putting a new episode up roughly every day, and there's 18 in total. We actually did the whole game this time, so that's basically 6 full hours of us being gobsmacked by Dante's Inferno.
Enjoy!

Heeeeey, new GPLP! Sounds like a fun time was had, even though I would have loved having a periodic split-screen with a view of Brad's face, just to see him go into convulsions over the content...
Seriously, looking forward to parts 2 through 18.

Yay, more LP goodness. I do feel a little sorry for Brad though.
Indeed. There are breasts all over the place.

Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
Awesome! I really like Brads insights. It's really interesting to hear what actually happens in the source material as opposed to the game!
MORE OF THAT.
It's really interesting to see how different it is.

It was a brilliant idea on the podcast, and it's a brilliant idea now. Really looking forward to more.
Out of curiosity, do you plan on posting this one to SA?

Oh man do I wish we could see Brad's face throughout the let's play. I completely forgot you guys said you were going to do this, so awesome. Can't wait for part 2.

The game is rated M, and there's a great deal of violence and silly nudity throughout.
Also, we curse a lot, on account of the game being utterly ridiculous.

Yeah; wishing you'd filmed Brad's face throughout so we could watch his reactions. Totally implausable wishes aside, this is awesome!

Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
Yes, yes, so much yes. I remember you talking about it in the podcast and I thought the idea was too awesome for it not to happen. So far it is as great as I expected. I love Brads reactions to the game and I like the facts about the source material and the time period.
All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then wouldn't hurt.
Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
This is hilarious.
I love how you got a historical expert to check how close to reality it was but some thing tells me that was unnecessary once he ripped death in half
though I do still believe having guests is/was a brilliant idea.

Yay! Tits! Learning! Tits again! I didn't realise Dante's Inferno was a pornography .
I'm glad you managed to make this happen, already enjoying it a lot.
I've already waited since August, so you'd think I could wait till tommorrow too, but nope.
I do hope your "roughly every day" schedule has you finishing this before DB starts. I wouldn't be able to choose between watching LRR crew suffer or listening to Brad suffer . Seems like pointing out all that's is wrong with this could count as his PhD dissertation.

Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
Over the next few days I have a 5000 word history essay to write. Yet you must dangle this in front of me like the gods are saying, don't do it.
Also, anyone know if this counts as an acedemic source for a university essay?

Do you guys mind. I'm trying to write an essay

Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
Yay! I love the Brads. Also I really liked the first GPLP, and from what I've seen of this, I'm going to laugh through this one. If you rock it hard with this one, I can see it going on to my list of frequently re-watched VLPs.

Re: GPLP: Dante's Inferno
Death Masks (from the Dresden Files) is coming up a lot lately (at least, I assume that's what he was about to reference). Brought it up in lit class yesterday because in the Faerie Queene there's a knight riding away from Despair with a noose left around his neck, and it reminded me of Nicodemus from the Dresden Files.
Also, Brad just became even cooler in my eyes, if that's at all possible.
