After seeing the LRR version of the Abbot and Costello "Who's on third" sketch, I started thinking about Graham debating the "pythonesque" influence in the Buttstalation podcast, and listing all the other acts that had a similar thing. It got me to thinking what kind of homages I could see LRR doing.
My train of thought started with story guy, and how he reminded me ofRonnie Corbett's jokes segment of The Two Ronnies. This made me think how much fun it would be to see a LRR version of one of Ronnie Barker's famous lists and monolouges.
And as for the Monty Python influence, I started thinking it would be interesting to see the LRR cast act out pieces or scripts from the show that influenced Python- Radio Four 1950s silliness that is The Goon Show.
This is fast turning into a history of comedy, and I'm not really sure where it's going... suffice to say, I saw the Abbot and Costello tribute sketch again and thought it would be funny to see the LRR take on some more classics.

oh yeah. Sorry, was writing in a hurry. My comedy referencing skills fail under pressure.

"I'm asking you. Who's on first?"
"That's the man's name."
"Who?"
"Yes."
