T-Shirt Announce: 2010 Canadian Slacking Team
February 6th, 2010

Posted by Jeremy

That’s right — in line with our pre-order initiatives on T-shirts, you can now pre-order our own unique brand of olympic wear: the 2010 Canadian Olympic Slacking Team shirt.

You can get red on white, red and white on black, or any number of other combinations. I think I’ll get the red-sleeved ball tee myself, as it’s pimp. As usual, if we get fifty pre-orders, we’ll do the run; if not, everybody gets their money back. For more information on our pre-orders, go here and check out the video at the bottom of the page. Shirts start at $18; you have until Feb 26. GO!

  1. It’s the best, and only, team ever to not compete in the Olympics. Because that’s what makes slacking an art. Not actually competing! =O

Furthermore, I’m quite liking the look of the Ringer one.. Not sure if having a long-sleeved Raglan shirt would be too useful in quite possibly the hottest climate ever (Australia).

  5. I am so tempted to order this.
Will we get it before the olympics ends?

  6. Xix: It’s the slacking team.

So, no. (Orders won’t be filled until the pre-order period ends, which is 3 weeks from now).

  7. Yeah, we have to get them all printed at once, so they wont be out until just after the games … we figured better now than wait ANOTHER two years ;).

  8. Gotta say I like Tensen’s design more than this one… I would still buy it though, if it weren’t for the fact that the games will be over by then… oh well.

  11. O Canada, why must you be the country next door?

  12. I don’t think the US has a hope against Josh Setland in slacking. He’s simply the best. That being said, I don’t think it would be unpatriotic to preorder this shirt. I may just have to do so.

  13. Um the hand down pants bothers me… otherwise it is a great shirt. I’ll see how much cash I have by the end of the year… I may get this one. we shall see.

  14. Great, but can I get in U.S.?

  15. That would be cool: we intentionally went for the version that tied in with the video, but we might eventually look at an alternate version. Don’t hold your breath though, “eventually” could mean “next olympic games” or it could mean longer than that. We have no plans atm; I’m just speculating; but I agree it WOULD be cool.

  16. His hand is definitely down his pants. Not that that bothers me, in fact, I tend to do the same in a purely platonic way.

  17. I just looked up Tensen’s original design I have to agree with Zack that I like his better. It’s mainly in the placement of the text which is much more dynamic. I’ll definitely buy one tho’, as that was one of Tensen’s designs I originally wanted. I just need to decide whether I want a ringer or red shirt. Decisions, decisions.
