Roll For Treats
October 31st, 2011

Posted by Matt

Halloween is arrived, and the LRR crew has donned our costumes to bring you some holiday treats!

LRR: Roll for Treats
Unskippable: Call of Juarez: The Cartel
Checkpoint: Uncharted Charted

This week’s installment of LoadingReadyRun continues the series of Wizards of the Coast-sponsored episodes. Being the lazy Halloweeners (Halloweiners?) we are, this video bears a striking resemblance to most LRR Halloween parties. Costumes sourced from the prop room, some sort of board game, a few bottles of some fine locally-brewed craft beer, these are the hallmarks of our craziest nights. Party animals, we are.

Shirt orders close tonight, so this is your absolute LAST CHANCE to get in on our awesome Magic tees. The end of the pre-orders has gone on the stack, so respond quickly before we send them into exile!

Enjoy the video, all, and have a safe and happy Halloween!

Cheers!

  1. I simple HAVE to know.
The sweater Jeremy is wearing in the Roll for Treats episode. Is it available for sale anywhere? It’s totally awesome!

  2. Not technically, no, since I made it. It’s possible that I could be persuaded to make and sell other such hoodies in the future, though.

  3. I still don’t like the new style of LRR credits. The old spacing was unique and charming and separated the blocks of text nicely. With equal spacing they just look boring and drawn out.
A good cH and a fantastic FD episode this week almost made me forget to finally make that comment though. 😉

  4. @Rosenfeldt:
    You mean the end credits?
That’s not actually a new style, that’s a leading error.
They’re meant to be much more tightly spaced, and I’m not sure what happened. Sorry!

  5. I have to ask, but are Jeremy’s D&D campaigns really THAT hard and unforgiving or was it just a bit overdrawn for the sake of commodore hustle? And if true, who of you guys is second meanest and unforgiving 🙂 ?

  6. Oh man its too bad this didn’t come out earlier, SIFE UVic did the “trick or eat” food drive this year. All the fun of trick-or-treating as an adult, with the added benefit of filling up the food bank.

  7. Yes, Graham, this is exactly what I mean. Since it happened the second week in a row, I just figured you switched styles. Glad to hear, you’ll fix it 🙂 Keep up the good work!
