Spin Off Season!

Hey everyone,

The leaves are beginning to drop, it’s getting cooler and it’s getting darker sooner.* That means it’s time to spend more time inside, illuminated by the soft blue glow of your monitor and snuggled up under a blanket. This of course, will make a marked difference from summer, where you spent more time inside, illuminated by the soft blue glow of your monitor and sweating in your underthings.

Anyhow, why not watch some LRR videos! Since we’ve set up our P.O. Box, we’ve had a people send us a lot of really neat stuff. So much so, we’re going to start doing Mail Time videos! Here’s the first one!

After taking a break for the Kaladesh Pre-Prerelease, LoadingReadyLive is back, and featuring a very special guest — ANDY!

Qwerpline has also returned from a longer-than-planned break due to PAX/vacations/Derek’s incompetence. But the QWRP crew is back with a new sponsor, but much of the same old silliness.

Sidewalk Slam is also back on the Horse. Adam and Graham cover the events of August and look back at a VERY questionable pregnancy bit from the Attitude era.

Paul has started a Let’s Play, and in true Paul fashion, it’s a classic game. Space Quest!!! I remember this game pretty fondly from my childhood, and I’m sure Paul will find it just as aggravating as I did.

And finally, what are spiders doing in your house? Maybe just looking at your tax?

A wild Commodore Hustle appears!

It’s now Fall, which means the sweltering heat of the day star is finally (probably) behind us! Celebrate a season that won’t give you swamp thigh by watching this brand new episode of Commodore Hustle! Ian convinces the crew to go on a team building exercise. What could go wrong?

If you crave more entertainment with our faces, the August Loading Time is also now online. See how much fruit we had to buy for the fruit bobbing pool we made up for LoadingReadyLive. Spoiler, it’s more than you might think. Double spoiler, the eggplant went unclaimed and rotted in the bottom of the moonbase fridge. We just got rid of it last week. It was an awful puddle of slime and mold.

Speaking of LoadingReadyLive, after taking a break due to the Kaladesh Pre-PreRelease (which is also online! Watch all 9.5 glorious hours on the LRR replays YouTube channel!), this week LoadingReadyLive will return this Saturday!

But while you’re waiting for Saturday, maybe watch the latest Feed Dump, or some crapshots? Maybe an episode of CheckPoint? We have a lot of content for you, is what I’m saying.

So, as always subscribe to us on YouTube to keep up with everything we’re doing!

Welcome to Kaladesh!

Post PAX Mini-Update!
September 8th, 2016

Hey everyone!

We have returned from PAX and somewhat recovered from four days of madness. First up, thanks to everyone who came by, said hi, gave us gifts, attended our panels and just generally made us feel so loved and appreciated. We had a wonderful PAX and it was thanks to all of you. <3

If you weren’t able to come to PAX and are feeling like you missed out on all our panels, I have good news for you!

QWERPLine Live, the LoadingReadyRun panel and the Improv Initiative were all recorded, and will be uploaded to our YouTube channel in the very near future. For those of you who subscribe to QWERPLine as a podcast, the audio-only version will also be going up soon.

The Late Night Dub Fight was also recorded, but if you want to see it, it’ll be going up on latenightdubfight.com!

And finally in non-PAX news… there’s a new Sidewalk Slam!

PAX! PAX! PAX!

Hey everyone! Are you going to PAX this weekend? Are you interested in watching LRR and LRR-adjacent people on panels? Maybe you also want to make your hands touch our hands? Or perhaps just engage in some commerce? We can help you accomplish all of these things!

If you want to come say hi, buy some of our cool merch, or just look at us from far, far away, the best place to find us will be in Bandland, located level 6 of the WSCC.

This is the level six map.

But we don’t just have a table! We’re on a ton of panels!

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 2

LoadingReadyRun – Comedy Etc!
Join the LRR crew as we show some funny videos, answer your questions, and write a short sketch live!
6:00 pm, Wyvern Theatre

Late Night Dub Fight – “Improve” these clips!
Back for another round, it’s the Late Night Dub Fight! Relive moments from your favourite cartoons, video games, movies, TV shows, and anime, in a new and hilarious light. The Late Night Dub Fight pits panelists against each other to find out who can “improve” classic clips by redubbing them live with their imposing improv skills. No one knows what show host Ian Horner has up his sleeves, or what the cast members will say in this all-out assault on your funny bone.
9:30 pm, Hippogriff Theatre

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 3

Jackbox at PAX… Box?
Do you like Quiplash 2? Of course you do!
Do you like Jerry Holkins, Kris Straub, Nika Harper, Graham Stark, and Kathleen De Vere? Of course you do!
Well you should check out this panel and watch these awesome people play this awesome game. If you are unfamiliar, it’s just gonna be a bunch of hilarious people making snarky responses to questions while you vote on a winner live from your phone.
7:00 pm, Wyvern Theatre

SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 4

The Improv Initiative Initiates Improvised Initiatives!
Rising from the most hilarious grave you’ve ever seen, the Improv Initiative returns to PAX for another performance!  This motley collection of improvisers will perform never-before-seen, never-to-be-seen-again scenes based on your suggestions! Games will be played, laughs will be had, and improvisers will compete for your affection!
2:00 pm, Sasquatch Theatre

MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

QWERPline, Live!
A live recording and performance of LoadingReadyRun’s Qwerpline podcast—a morning show from the fictional town of Nsburg, where the news is stupid and the people are stupider. We’re told it’s like Nightvale, if you took out all the occult stuff and filled that void with raccoons and lunacy.
4:00 pm, Sphinx Theatre
