Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate Wii U

I'm playing every ALL THE MH3U. I do not have a Wii U, though.

Game is really good for the 3DS. When MH4U comes out sometime next year, the game will finally let the 3DS play online. I'm very much excited for that.

But since you made a thread, what kind of hunting are you doing?
My friends and I are right up against Dire Miralis in G-Rank, so we're close to "beating" the multi-player. I haven't quite gotten around to defeating Alatreon in single player but I do have the quest, so I'm close. I'm primarily a hammer-user, using an awakened Grongigas Hammer with Sharpness +1 and HG Earplugs, and I've just recently picked up a pair of dual-swords for farming low-rank tails.

It's local only. If you're on a 3DS, you can transfer your save right over to a Wii U and/or play locally with a Wii U player.

im very excited for mh4u for 3ds. unfortunately, online play for mh3u is only available for wii u.
