Re: Pocket Planes?! POCKET PLANES!!! UNOFFICIAL SKY CHAIRS H
Using Class 2 planes, you can make the jump from Boston/Philly/DC/NY to Madrid (or maybe Barcelona) with an upgraded Aeroeagle or Pearjet. Also, you can go for Recife to Algiers, with those same plane types, if you take the South American route. I think a Birchcraft can make the Recife to Lagos jump.
My Class 1 planes make some trips on the Goose Bay/Nuuk/Reykjavik/Bergen route, too.
Just wondering when I'll start getting Class 3 planes. I just got Level 19 and have only seen Class 2 up until now. Do I hit Class 3 on Level 20? 25?

Re: Pocket Planes?! POCKET PLANES!!! UNOFFICIAL SKY CHAIRS H
I got a Class 3 as a Christmas present from Nimblebit. I find it really hard to use as I only have a few Class 3 airports, and it's too expensive to fly with anything less than a full load.
But when it does eventually fly it is so worth it!
And I've been seeing Class 3s in the market since about 17 or 18 (I'm at 19 as well).

I got my first "Mystery Part" last night, doing the New Orleans thing, and it was a piece to the first Class 3 plane I've seen. Nice.

Try not to get your hopes up. On a past event I managed to get the same two parts for a plane. And since I almost crippled my airline to get them I was a bit disappointed.

'salright. I actually got 4 parts for the Bobcat last one, so I've got the 3 for the plane and an extra one. Anyone want it? I think it's Controls.

Anyone willing to trade a Sequoia-M Engine for a Sequoia-M Body? I ended up with 2 Engines, 1 Controls, and no Body. Willing to throw a Bobcat Controls into the deal if you're interested.

I hate when an event ends. My airports in Miami and Bogota are still loaded with Spring Breakers bound for Cancun, and I'm just obsessive enough to finish their trips anyway even though I need my class 1's running the London-to-Manchester.

No no! Spring break is over! They're already on academic probation and if they go to Cancun now they're screwed! Leave them to hop a Greyhound back home, and help get those flowers to those moms.

Someone is reading this page from nimblebit!
after posting that the next three "new items for sale" contained a fogbuster m control a complete fogbuster m, and a sequoia M body.

I just got back into this game today. Anyone still playing? It says I'm the top player in Skychairs which can not be a good sign.

I haven't played this for aaaages. It kind of got lost in the mix of Pocket Trains/Tiny Death Star/Tiny Tower Vegas. In that order.

Tbh it's not the best IMO. It's like pocket planes but your trains are locked to one root

Re: Pocket Planes?! POCKET PLANES!!! UNOFFICIAL SKY CHAIRS H
I honestly prefer it over Pocket Planes... it's simpler, you have fewer choices to make at any given moment... which is kinda what I want out of a casual game, Pocket Planes was a bit close to the top end of how much thinking I want to do when I want to pull out my phone and fill in some time.
Also, if you're an Android person, then it's also better because they ditched that Mobage nonsense and ported it themselves... which means it doesn't take forever to load up, it doesn't require a constant internet connection (relevant because there's no mobile reception at the place I usually get lunch from work... I think that building's made of solid Faradaycagium), doesn't require you to make an account and log in to some random service just to play your simple busywork game... Whenever I reopen the original Tiny Tower or Pocket Planes, it's so painful now that I've seen them do it better in their later titles...

I've just looked at the android version of pocket planes. It wants access to EVERYTHING. Seriously, it asks for stuff like access to calls and call information... yeah, NO, get lost

Uh, that's so it can pause if you get a call...
You'll get stuff like that pretty often for apps/games that do fullscreen.
Now, if it's asking for contact info, or location data, that's pretty crap.
Phlip, that's good to hear. That stuff was pretty much the reason I wasn't playing that or the one where you collect frogs.
