I'm starting to play warhammer online, and it has been kinda fun. The only thing that is screwing the game is... well as always, EA
Their customer support is so baddddddddddd.
I was so frustrated, the first 4 days I couldn't play and I never got an answer back from the cs, well I did, 2 weeks later haha and they just asked me for my information.
So I started my own crusade against the evil EA team and opened a website:
www.warhammeronlinesupportsucks.com
Check it out, let's just hope their awful support won't ruin this game.

While I agree that EA sucks balls at CS(this is not a 'Warhammer support sucks', this is 'EA support sucks'.), I don't think it's a) worth this website and b) worth the spelling errors on said website.
In the case of WAR's support networks, I highly suggest this:
http://www.warhammeralliance.com/forums ... .php?f=129
Why, you ask, do I suggest User to User support?
Because the Mythic dev team watches these forums.
And yet, however much EA-Mythic bows to cater to needs of people, people will always cry and claim they're withdrawing their accounts.
Remember that these are the same people who did the same shit for WoW. "I'm cancelling" "WoW sucks" "omg who wud play dis gam wtf"
So ignore most of the posts where "I'm cancelling WAR" and look to the questions and subsequent answers. A lot of people who play games are IT specs, and they tend to have a good idea of fixing them as well. WarhammerAlliance is a good site in general for WAR shit as is, but the U2U TS forum is awesome, if you ask me.

Blizzard has ALWAYS had huge, mega in depth support for all of their games. It's cause they're Blizzard. This is EA we're talking about, and it's a known, and accepted, fact that they blow. Remember, these are the assholes who encourage horrible, date-rape style DRM.

So you hit start on the download, then you wake up three hours later, lying on your stomach with your pants around your ankles?
