There will be times when you have an Ornithopter but no Tezzeret's Touch, making the 'thopter completely useless. I ran into this trying out Ensoul Artifact back in the day, Ornithopter is just not worth running.

Likewise Hope of Ghirapur does not do a great deal unless you have information about cards in your opponent's hand.

Creature to Vehicle ratio is a little low, against a deck with a lot of removal you may find yourself with Vehicles but nobody to crew them.

Consider replacing Slip through Space with more removal, since a lot of your bigger stuff has flying anyway.

Just my initial thoughts, I don't play a lot of Standard specifically though - so take with a grain of salt. Cool concept for a deck though, and the deckname is superb.
