There's currently a crowdfunding campaign that already reached its basic goal for a pen&paper RPG set in the world of Elite Dangerous. For those unfamiliar with the setting, it's a sorta/kinda "realistic-ish speculative space opera" setting rooted in a 1984 video game in which mankind has managed to reach for the stars at FTL speeds but failed at some amenities like artificial gravity, and took all its little quirks, wrinkles, and defects out into the wider galaxy.
It's based around a relatively loose DMing scheme with few dice (a bucket of D10). They appear to have secured some writing and art talent, and you can download a playtest game that could have used some proofreading and copy editing but otherwise looks decent.
So why am I telling you this? Because the first stretch goal comes with moar art!!!oneeleven, and I want that

Re: Elite Dangerous themed pen&paper RPG
In case anyone is interested in what happened to the Kickstarter campaign, there was a rather weird DMCA takedown attempt by a small LLP founded two days before the takedown took place, claiming to hold copyrights infringed by the game.
The creators have filed a counterclaim and are now awaiting continuation of the campaign in a week or two, or a proper lawsuit by one "Ian Bell Elite Rights LLP" (no Ian Bell involved).
Gotta love copyright law, nowhere will you find as high a concentration of scum and villainy
