The pressing question: does he use a staff or a wand?
It's all over but the crying. And the taxes.

Re: Checkpoint+
I thought the subscriber shout outs would get more sane as most of the regular people subscribed, and this had happened; there were some streams with only two subscriber shoutouts.
Then people realized they could spend $5 for a novelty account leading to the can't wear foo flood, and the 'Congrats on 100 deaths Beej' sub and such.
We'll have to see what happens next....

Re: Checkpoint+
On the latest stream (Jan 28), Paul and Graham talking about Epic reminded me of the old days of DOS shareware games. Back when Apogee and Epic roamed the wild, untamed BBSes of yore and we passed around games on stacks of 3-1/2" floppies. And how Epic had a decent amount of crazy back in the "Epic Megagames" days, that special brand of crazy which, sadly, may never return. Ah, Jazz Jackrabbit, Jill of the Jungle, ZZT, we hardly knew ye...

Someone please make a gif of Graham's face from 23:20 to 23:30 in the latest Checkpoint twitch stream? The look at Kathleen followed by the eyebrow raise at the camera is hilarious.

Re: Checkpoint+
Would it be possible for the full hour long version of CheckPoint+ to uploaded to YouTube more quickly? Twitch replays and Australian internet are not a good combination.

See, I like it when people give me timestamps to work with.

Another one from last night's stream:

Checkpoint+ is turning out to be a veritable treasure trove of Graham gifs.

We also do the writing, so it's harder for the other two if Kathleen, Paul or I can't be there, but that is typically how we cover for someone not being there.
On this occasion, I also had to be there to help set up the CheckPoint overlays in a new application.

They created PAUL clones, Sloth... PAUL clones...
Those can go right beside the Paul clones created to visit every PAX panel simultaneously.

Pfft yeah, for the acting, but who do you think did all the shooting while Graham was corralling them all?
