Re: More Sleep
I don't think there could be a more appropriate video for the day after PAX.
Thanks for coming down, you guys! I had a blast hanging out and talking with you!

Re: More Sleep
It was the stinger what won it.
Mind you, it does make me wonder what Alex did to look that bleary eyed.
Since I work at home, there have been times when I have had a 9:00pm phone call, and I have just had to 'check some things' before I can go over the details on the call. [Cue frantically turning on computer, eating, brushing teeth etc].
Edit: I do a lot of outsourcing to people with different time-zones which means that I practically live in a different time zone, which means that I don't sleep at the same time as most people which means that I have a reputation of fleeping at odd times, which can lead to snooze button syndrome.

What is this part for?

James and Paul weren't playing catch. That was D&D 4.5
Re: More Sleep
Protip: snooze-button sleeping is the least restful thing ever. Take it from me. You are much, much better off just getting up, because that dipping in and out of shallow sleep phases is NOT going to help.
Re: More Sleep
One day, I had studying to do for an exam that would determine whether or not I passed a course. I also had to finish writing something that needed to be done that day. I also had to finish fixing some things. And I had to practice for an upcoming tournament. And I had to make dinner. And I had to watch my dogs.
But screw that, I went with MORE SLEEP!

Somehow my more sleep was interrupted by BBC documentaries.
More sleep, the perfect alternative to situations like these.

Re: More Sleep
It's interesting, the look that different people sleeping evoke. I just wanted to shove Alex out of bed and make him get on his way, but damn it, I really just wanted to put a blanket over Jer, and maybe a stuffed animal in his arms.

I think I must skip this part, since the past week or so I don't remember my alarm going off and wake up past noon.

Re: More Sleep
I was wide awake until I watched this video and heard Alex's alarm going off over and over.
It doesn't even sound like mine, but now I've never been more tired.
Good thing it's night time.
Thanks, More Sleep™!

Re: More Sleep
Bet you guys are trying to get More Sleep after PAX. I can relate to Graham as the student passed out on the book.

The credits listed a couple of new names. New crew members, or special guests?

Guests. They're friends of Woody's (who provided the footage) and live in LA.Slack Mesa wrote:The credits listed a couple of new names. New crew members, or special guests?

Awwww yeeeeaaaaaahhh.
I'll be honest, my single favourite part of LoadingReadyRun videos has always been the stinger (my favourites include Customer Servicing and Offensisensitivity), and the stinger for this one was perfect.

Paul's narration was dead-on for this. Damn near died laughing with the "It think it's time for...more sleep, I guess."

Re: More Sleep
I'd love to see you turn this into a t-shirt. Like for instance a stick figure picture of someone sleeping, then:
MORE SLEEP
- Fighting the power of shouldn't I get up now and isn't my alarm clock ringing.
And then have the warning label at the end.
I'd totally buy that.

All I really need is love, but a little chocolate now and then wouldn't hurt.

Fun fact, I watched this one at 5:45am, after having gotten (yup) 6 minutes of more sleep.

Re: More Sleep
I had to be in the office a bit earlier today for a conference call. Between our colleagues being late and technical difficulties the call did not start until when I normally have to be in.
Every weekday morning involves pushing the snooze button repeatedly for me.

Re: More Sleep
How bad is it that when I saw Drossel I figure it was Alex's bedside table?
