Many season 1 videos have copyrighted music, so they can't host them anymore. They'd have to re-edit them with replacement music in order to put them up or sell them again, and due to their datedness, they're low on LRR's priority list. I haven't seen most of them myself, since I don't have a copy of the old first season DVD.

If you really want to see them, you could try to find a forum member who's willing to sell or lend it to you.

Ahh right, thanks: that makes sense. Is series 1 in the store?

only series 4 is currently available for sale. season 1 may or may not come back. it's more likely we'll release a "best of season 1" disc than the complete season though.

Imagine, at the LRRCON 2012 there is a black market for bootleg copies of the season one DVD.

I have a copy of season one but I am not selling it. What I would like to see is After Hours.

I would be more than willing to buy any other seasons available for sale. I only have Season 4 at this point.

I thought all of it seemed a bit more stretched than usual; I don't know what it was, but Graham's and Matt's acting just seemed sort of off and less believable than normal.

That said, Morgan's hair was fabulous, and the synchronized flip-off was pretty great.

The embedded video here on LRR doesn't work for me, (giving me "sorry, this video is no longer available") but going to youtube and watching it works fine. Is this something happening to other people?

Indeed, I am having the same issue. Works fine on Youtube, doesn't work embedded on the site.

I don't think I've ever seen that before. But I have very littel experience with Youtube.

Reports of this video's demise have been exaggerated.

Maybe the embedded video is region-locked to Canada? Checking Kdz's location, he and I are both in the States.

Sort of joking, but you never know...

Omni-lingual still works for me on the site, too. Weird times, weird times.

EDIT: I should also add that I was perfectly able to watch the video on LRR when it came out. I just decided to watch it again recently when I encountered this issue.

Yeah, worked before, not working so much now. It's not a huge deal, it's still on Youtube, but I am quite curious as to the reason behind this.

Upon rewatching this video, I think I've realized why I didn't enjoy this X Ways to Y as much as the others. In the old ones, transitions were done by panning to the left or right and fading into the next shot, while in this one the clip simply flies to the left or the right. It's a little thing, but it seems to make a huge difference for me.
Low quality Youtube sketches? Amazing!
