I think whats more scary about this is the fact they've taken samples and cannot tell wtf is wrong with them, and they've got samples of blood when people where having these "fits" of rage.

Well I wouldn't call that an outbreak but yeah that's really not good.
If you watch the movie 'Jaws' backwards, its a movie about a shark that keeps throwing up people until they have to open a beach.

Reminds me of the medieval mass manias. Hundreds of people literally danced themselves to death for no readily apparent reason.

I think in more recent years scientists linked it to some sort of mould on their wheat or something like that.
