You would think in the three years he'd have more safety precautions than he did. Or maybe have some sort of failsafe thing. Like an actual safe. Maybe a secret passage to a bank or something. Or maybe some sort of kill everybody but me kind of thing, where he gets in a safe zone and everything in the house self destructs. EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE.
Gameplay: 3.2/10
I hated the controls for I Am Legend. Analog sticks were jerky and poorly designed, and too many cutscenes made it feel like it was a movie. Main playable character reminded me of Will out of Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, couldn't say why. Not a very good survival game, would've preferred to have waited for Resident Evil 5.
Graphics: 9.5/10
Realistic seeming characters, great spell effects and weapons. Character design was pretty good, but I still can't shake the Fresh Prince thing. Whoever they modeled this guy after must seriously get mistaken for the Fresh Prince like, every day. Backgrounds were super realistic and detailed, I was incredibly impressed.
Story: 5.5/10
I didn't really pay attention to the story very much. Seemed okay, I was too angry at the almost total lack of controls to bother much.
Soundtrack: 7.2/10
I honestly kept expecting the main PC to say "Yo homes, to Bel-Air!" and break out into song, but he disappointed me, so that's kinda why I scored this as low as I did.
Overall: 6.4/10
An okay rental, but not a real buyer. Good if you'd rather watch a movie than play a game.

I think he tried the best that he could for safety. even though he had 3 years to build up massive walls, and impenetrable steel doors with tesla coils and rotating knives, he couldn't have done it in one day. and thats the problem, because he was trying to make himself look inconspicuous about the whole thing.
If all he could get done in one day would be to construct a flimsy wall, but would build more on it later, it wouldn't matter, cause it would have given his location away.

I was mainly talking about inside the house. Specifically the the basement or entrance to becuase that was the most important area. Maybe some tripwire kind of stuff he could activate with a switch or something. I also find it hard to believe his house wasn't full of shotguns, wooden stakes, garlic, and crosses. Mainly shotguns thoug. He had a pistol for self defense, how lame is that. He needed a frggin hardcore shotgun that could blow some zombies to bits. Outside defenses were good, but the insides left something to be desired.

As for the wooden stakes and garlic, they didn't really show that those would work on these guys. Photosensitivity seemed to be the only element that they shared with Vampires.
The director said he didn't want the creatures to be vampires in this movie. :(
I can't think of a signature.

Terrible movie, nuff said.
Seriously, I hated it, NOTHING HAPPENED. He's alone on earth, hes trying to find a cure, we all get bored watching. Then when things start to get interesting nothing is explained, so we have no idea why different things happen and then the film ends quickly after that. And that's when the best bit of the entire movie happens, the end credits roll.

Well, everyone has their own tastes. Plenty of stuff happened, and the atmosphere was really great in my opinion.

I haven't seen the movie, but I kept seeing "spoilers" wherever I go so I have a basic idea of what goes on, chronologically speaking. Typically I'd read the book first, just so I know what has been adapted, but the good feedback tempts me to check the movie.
And lo, my chance came today, yet instead I caught the new National Treasure. Totally worth watching, IMO.
