Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)
Name: Richard J. Ham (I've heard every joke about my surname, including some truly awful ones)
Gender: Male (but then how many girls are called Richard, I mean really)
Height: 6'2" (but I wont purchase shoes without at least an inch of sole)
Weight: Approx 266 pounds (I carry it fairly well-ish)
Hair: Bright damn orange (yes natural and again I've heard every joke, mostly awful)
Eyes: Brown (almost black but different enough that you can tell)
Interests: Video Games, Lrr (well obviously), over use of parenthesis (noticed have you), I'm just starting to get into anime (watched Code geass and am watching Death note), Magic the Gathering (I had over 2000 cards and my parents made me throw them out when I was about 13 cause they reckoned they were for little kids, )so now I just try to make speedy kills using the gatherer and play the original duels of the planewalker, Math (currently at the end of my A2 exams before hopefully a math degree.
Other Facts: Strangely enough I'm am a lot more polite, self conscious and timid online than I am in day to day life. This tends to manifest as lurking a lot and deleting my posts Just before I hit submit however after I had to get THE Paul (Thanks again by the way) to verify my account due to email migration, I feel somewhat motivated to actually be active in a community (the fact that LRR is awesome may also be a contributing Factor).

What's so wrong with that? There was a gentleman working at the Whitehouse called Randy Baumgardner.

Hi.
I've been lurking on these forums since I started watching LRR about 3 years ago, so I finally decided to join in the fun.
And then the forum wouldn't send me the registration e-mail for about a week. I tried again today, and it worked. So here I am.
Oh, and I've got a blog about overlooked endangered species called Endangered Ugly Things. I'll likely put a link in my signature when I get around to it.

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)
Greetings!
I'm ebMusicMan, or more commonly eb, or even more commonly Dave.
Let's see... I'm a 26 year old self proclaimed super-nerd. I'm currently a student working on my bachelors of ISS. I've been a fan of LRR for about 2 years now, and I decided it was time I stopped in and said hi. So... hi!
As a side note, I had the same issues registering that Garfman did, not sure if that's a bug someone should look at or something.
I've got a pretty wide range of interests, but I'm sure they're all fairly common in the nerd realm. Those games I've recently played: I just finished up Saint's Row 2, dabbled in BioShock a little, but I'm having a tough time getting into it for some reason, and Portal 2 which was jaw-droppingly awesome. I'm looking forward to the next AssCreed and Magic 2012 (it's being released today, so I'm gonna go try to download it as soon as I post this).
Outside of video games I love TV. I've recently been watching: Castle (looooove Nathan Fillion), Doctor Who (suffering in silence until September), Fringe, House, NCIS, Sanctuary, Stargate Universe, and True Blood. I also play Magic, although I'm not very good at it. I play in just about every conceivable medium, my MTGO name is ebMusicMan84, and I also have Magic Workstation (send me a PM if you want to organize a game!).
Well that's about all from me, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hi ebMusicMan! I'm sure you'll fit right in; especially with that avatar. And yes, Portal 2 was awesome.
ps. Also, hello Garfman!

Heyo. I am Psycat Aurora, and I am a long time watcher of LRR videos. I am a 21 year old Digital Animation student going into my final year at Algonquin College. I live in Ottawa, Ontario with my Parrotlet, Lilo. I'm a fan of music, drawing, and movies. My ultimate goal in life is to work on feature length animated films. And that's pretty much it.
Edit: And I'm female.

Re: Introduce yourselves! (A friendly topic for new members)
This is me. Some kinda guy. Any shrewd individual could tell you my name is Zachary from looking at my forum/internet name. I write novels (none completed, but two well on their way) and I have a passion for film and music. I hope to be making movies at some point in my life with a healthy relationship to music. You'll see what I mean in about ten to twenty years.
I love LRR.

I went to this forum and all I got was this stupid signature.

Hey all! I'm Anthony
I'm 26 years old and am living in Edmonton AB.
I love anime, music, video games, manga - all that good stuff
I work as a lab analyst and I produce music and DJ as a hobby.
I was at the LRR panel and fan meet up at the Calgary expo and I must say that the LRR crew are a bunch of awesome guys.
I've been watching the videos for about a year now and I really enjoy all of them.

I work for a company called Gilead. We make drugs for AIDS, cancer, HPV, Hep A/B/C and various other diseases. One of my responsibilities is to analyse the drugs we make for purity and impurity content. I also analyse the raw materials that we use to make the drugs.
Drugs isn't the proper word here. I just like using it more than Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient because it's easier to type
