Well, I know it doesn't happen that fast. But considering how long the grand canyon has been around and a tourist spot, I'm curious how close they can go and about the safety precautions that are taken.

Actually theres the river in the middle, the colorado that carved this over millions of years. but yes, there are parts where its straight down drop. I can share some stories of suicides, close calls, and general deaths if you'd like.
Oh yea and GIVE ME YOUR ADDRESS AND/OR I WILL KILL YOU. You know who you are. I think he's getting restless.

Lets see, there was one guy who bought a car, made a few payments on it, came up here. Proceeded to put on his seat belt and drove off. DEAD
There was a 70 year lady who fell, grabbed a branch and held on til a janitor came by and lowered an extension cord. LIVE
There was a man who waited for a helicopter tour til he could get the passenger seat and when they were above he open the door and jump. The canyon is a mile deep plus however high he was. DEAD
There was a man driving along the edge to desert view, the road gets pretty close, he went off by accident. The climbed 200ft out. LIVE
A few years back there was a four year old who ran off by accident. Fell 75ft. DEAD. Only second person under 10 to die in the history of the canyon.
Lets see.... Many times, the rangers just find an empty car with a note near the edge.
Oh, my father was helping a guy who hit an elk and turned his honda into a convertible that does have a cover. Somehow survived. My father called the ranger over the radio and the guy went to the edge while waiting to take pics of the sunrise. My father went off to do his own job and when he came back the rangers still weren't there but he guy was ecstatic. Apparently while taking pictures, a guy just ran by and jumped.

To update you on some of Alphies adventure here I thought I'd show you what he's been doing the past couple of days. I am spring cleaning, gardening and getting ready to take Alphie on a fantastic adventure next week! For now he's been helping out.

GC Ninja sent me a present along with Aplphie because of my morbid curiosity about people dying where he works. He was kind enough to get me this book, which Alphie creeped behind.

Image

But there is no time for reading! I have so much to do! It's spring time and such!! So I go out to run some errands and I come back to find him ready... but for what?! Aplhie, what are you doing with that sharp object....?

Image

Why, helping me plant a fantastic garden, of course!

Image

Alphie worked hard digging up clay and laying down soil so I could plant some spring bulbs and vegetables. He helped me put down the first year daffodils.

Image

And the first year Blue Hyacinth. He said when they finish blooming they will look like Marge Simpsons hair.

Image

Alphie decided to creep on the cucumbers. I told him it wouldn't help them grow any faster.

Today we are working on cleaning and organizing the craft room. I have a guest coming and we need to organize it so she can have a place to sleep! Alphie decided it would be best if he spent the time organizing the ribbon box... I said GOOD LUCK and I will continue to do the rest today with Alphie.

Image

More exciting adventure to come! This weekend it's all spring prep.

Thorry. I was, like, busy relaxing and shit (if relaxing is exercising in the snow until your legs are as wobbly as an 90 year old's). :P Answered now!

I think perhaps making a flickr/photobucket or something album would be a better idea.

Is there an official Creepy doll flickr or something? What has everyone else been doing? We should start a communal Creepy Doll album if there isn't already one.

Truth.

I mean, you have to upload the images SOMEWHERE before posting them here, so I just thinking a link to there might be a better idea if you have a lot.
