This thread's for posthumous chat about Dix's Log, and (god help us) coming up with ideas for improvements on next year's Log.

I didn't know about Dix's Log until quite a way into the run. It seems like a cool idea, and hopefully I'll contribute next year.

I've had a look at the spreadsheet, and I've got a couple of suggestions. I would move the call-ins to a separate column from the drivers. Also, some of the Driver names are rather opaque after the fact, are those from the overlay? Perhaps an explanation should be in brackets when the name isn't clear.
