i shower twice a day, and am very clean.

if i take more frequent showers i always seem to get more pimples, probably cause the steam opens up your pores or something like that.

also the balance thing was like just for one morning, maybe it was cause i slept wrong or something, but don't your ears have something to do with your balance? i dont know.

you need germs for your body to function in harmony. you're actually only supposed to shower once every couple days and wash your hair once a week. people get sick all the time now because they're too clean.
your ears have everything to do with balance. it is possible the swelling affected it.

People who could be poster children for extreme heavy artillery like Acutane are the victims of something far more sinister than simply bad hygiene, which is not to say that they do not have good hygiene, but rather that bad hygiene alone could never account for such a condition.

Dx dude for me:
i wash my face, take a bunch of pills, and use two different lotions to get my acne down to managable level. i'm actually really happy with it now thouh XD

On a side note I remember when I was 13 I had this HUGE pimple underneth my nose and it was so big that any time I talked or had to eat or anything involving my mouth moving it hurt.

So I left it a few days to see if it would go down which is didn't. So I had to go on a full frontal assault and take it out the old fashioned way and squeezed it to death.

The damn thing had like 6 layers to it. Puss, clotted blood, puss, clotted blood, puss and more clotted blood. Best pimple squeeze I ever had in my life, made a real mess of the mirror though.

Aren't you all happy I told you that story now?
