Any Bronies up in here?

I still say troll.
Maybe she just didn't realize how deep the friendship was. I mean, small details like that tend to get lost when you're ruling a... nation? world? continent?
What exactly is Equestria anyway?
Re: Any Bronies up in here?
The MLP wiki suggests that since Equestria is ruled by a princess, it would be a principality, thought Twilight once refers to it as a country.

I'm convinced that's the reason she only sent Twi two tickets instead of six after having met them all in the previous episode!
I don't know. I mean most of the time in reality, you send invitations to weddings and parties to "person PLUS ONE" (unless you are sending it to a family, which is a totally different case), so I feel like it was just decorum to send two tickets instead of six.
However, I do see your point about possible Celestrolla activities...

That was beautiful. Except there were a few moments where I thought... at the end that there was a real Wonderbolt with it's wings cut off, which gave the short a considerable turn to the macabre for me... until I realized it was just a manikin & all was well & RD had a wonderful & fulfilling life.

Okay that just reaffirms the fact that I really need to watch all the Star Wars movies again... Maybe I ought to pick up the blu-ray box set and be done with it...

Despite having already seen the fan art on which it was based, that still... got something in my eye.
Re: Any Bronies up in here?
The fan art is touching, the addition of music... man, that's not even fair.
Re: Any Bronies up in here?
I'm not sure if this has been posted already. I don't usually like dance music, but i liked this: YouTube Link
I quite liked the second part of the season opener. Still a bit rushed, but Discord was an awesome villain. Him drinking the chocolate rain was great. I totally would have missed the Star Wars reference if you guys hadn't pointed it out though.

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
Since we're on the subject of ponies and Star Wars, did anyone ever post this?
I find myself annoyed that I live on the west coast now... I have to wake up at 6 frickin' AM to see the new episodes. I miss sleep-in Saturdays...

I'm wondering, and sorry if the question has already been asked, but is anyone here (besides me, that is) an avid poster on Ponychan?

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
So from what we've learned from the show, the history of Celestia's reign goes sort of like this:
- Discord rules over the land
- Celestia and her sister Luna use the Elements of Harmony to de-throne Discord banishing him to a stone prison "forever", and become rulers of the land as equals.
- Celestia then banishes her sister Luna to the moon for 1000 years (or was it 2000?)
- Upon Luna's return, she is never seen again, and Celestia continues to rule on her own.
Celestia scares the crap out of me...

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
You forget the intermediate step of Luna becoming "corrupted by evil" and turning into Nightmare Moon. THEN Nightmare Moon/Luna is banished to the moon for 1000 years. Once she gets back and "returns to normal" I could imagine she'd want to take some time off for a breather.

Re: Any Bronies up in here?
How many more villains do you think Celestia has locked away somewhere? And for that matter, what does she have against building prisons? Some kind of magical ultra-max would have made a lot more sense for storing Discord than a tea garden.
