Paul is always the dead guy, even when he's dead.
Sorry, that didn't make much sense to me, either.

Hooray for Tim! I love this kind of two-hander; it really feels like a classic LRR sketch, albeit with snazzier special effects than, say, Season Two.
I loved James' performance, especially his delivery of "Great! Off you go." And Kathleen was just priceless as... you know... with the hair...

A wild Tim script appears. And there was much rejoicing.
Crate expectations perhaps but I figured the hair would be more outlandish, though the gratuitous There's Something About Mary was ridiculous enough.

Re: In Death as in Life
I liked how James took off his hat and pointed to his hair when he said "The hair." And Kathleen's execution of the "Consider this door... closed" line, with the hand gesture, was excellent. I think I originally wrote the hand gesture as two hands closing like a barn door, but the way she did it gets the Valley Girl attitude across so well.

Poor Paul... you never had a chance. She could see right through you.

I don't think Kathleen makes a very good valley girl, but please please take that as a compliment.

Re: In Death as in Life
Great script, Tim. Also, great job to James, Paul and Kathleen. When Paul started talking about phase changes, I thought it'd be really conceptual, but then I started cracking up, especially when it came to Kathleen's hair and attitude. I loved the stinger, too. Paul really sold the annoying-ghost-of-an-annoying-former-roommate role.

Great job on the script, Tim!
And Paul was very unconvincing as a creepy stalker character. Also a compliment.

Re: In Death as in Life
Quite good! Not my favorite, but enjoyably written and well executed.
I will say, though, that for things like "The Hair," I'll always feel like it's one of those things better left off screen. No matter what you guys did with Kathleen's lovely hair, it never would have been awful enough to match the things we'd imagine in our minds.
I'm very amused that once again Paul was the dead guy.
