Postby Kathleen » 26 Aug 2013, 08:41

Humans love Plants vs. Zombies. But couldn't we be doing something better with our time?

Loss of worldwide productivity as a result of Angry Birds has surpassed 8 digits, why shouldn't a bunch of plants generate similar results? I think there's a hidden message in here...We play a game fighting zombies in a robotic and hypnotized fashion, slowly losing our view of reality, losing productivity until BANG, we get hit in the face with a plant that knocks us down.

What could you do in 1.5 hours?

I'm pretty sure humanity is just doomed. If people can't learn something new in 1.5 hours without ruining the Internet, we're just screwed.

Hey, we've had ten thousand years of consistently screwing shit up and we've got this far, we'll probably be fine.

I didnt realise everyone else was still waiting on Plants vs Zombies 2. Australia got it a few weeks ago. We didn't get screwed over for once! :)

I'd heard of Rode before. I didn't know if it was some sort of nod to me for bitching about the audio last week.

I had to read that a few times as røde is danish for red, so it look like you said that the sound was better because the mics was red

Don't be silly, everyone knows that Violet mics give the best sound and red the worst. If LRR could ever locate the Mythical Ultra-Violet Microphone they could create a video with sound quality so good everyone on the planet would hear it, if they were watching the video or not

Why do I get the feeling this is one of Paul's inventions just gathering dust next to Beej in the Moonbase :P

Now I can't stop thinking that Beej IS one of Paul's inventions and he's been left slumped in a corner somewhere next to Mr Ballsmotron.
