I'm sure someone could come up with a dumber sounding idea than upsilon, but... it sure is a plenty dumb idea.

Possibly 8% less dumb than ESO.

Every time I hear "Roberts Space Industries", it takes me a second to realise it's not just a weirdly named guy, Robert.

Funny thing: Roberts Space Industries isn't the name of the company making Star Citizen. The company is actually called Cloud Imperium Games, and RSI is just a fictional company within Star Citizen lore that Chris Roberts named after himself. Why Chris Roberts decided to then announce Star Citizen under the "RSI" brand (including the official site being https://RobertsSpaceIndustries.com) is beyond me.

Of course, now they've named the new studio they're setting up in Germany "Roberts Space Industries", so the whole thing is coming full circle again; and dozens of poorly-researched articles on the game are now at least partially accurate on that count.
